Under the partnership, clients will gain access to a combined offering that includes diagnostic tests for chronic conditions, cancer screenings, infectious diseases, and HEDIS measures, alongside RPM devices such as blood pressure monitors, glucometers, EKGs, scales, and wearables. This unified system enables organizations to address a broader spectrum of care needs—from hypertension and diabetes to preventative screenings—without requiring patients to leave home.
