Minneapolis, MN– Be The Match BioTherapies, an organization offering solutions for companies developing and commercializing cell and gene therapies, today announced that Eck Redmond has joined as its Senior Director of Sales and New Business Development. Eck will lead the organization’s efforts to build a presence in Boston and to support cell and gene therapy developers in the greater Boston area.

Before joining Be The Match BioTherapies, Eck worked with precision medicine and gene-editing companies as well as multinational biopharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to provide genomics services and solutions. For the last five years, she consulted with scientists to help accelerate research on pre-clinical and clinical DNA/RNA sequencing and gene synthesis projects.
She has worked directly with GENEWIZ, a Brooks Life Sciences Company (now Azenta Life Sciences), Waters Corporation, and Phenomenex, a Danaher Company. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
