GARLAND, Texas– Sentrics, a leading technology provider for senior living communities, announced today it has hired Peter Bailey as its Chief Executive Officer. Sentrics is dedicated to revolutionizing the future of senior living and acute care by delivering the only fully integrated suite of data-driven platforms that provide the insights and control to transform care from reactive to predictive.

Prior to joining Sentrics, Bailey was Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of both Consensus Health, a high-performance, independent medical group for primary care physicians and specialists, founded by Continuum and Continuum Health, a management services organization (MSO) that delivers a variety of solutions including revenue cycle management, population health, and more to provider groups. Prior to this Bailey was the Founding CEO at Consensus Health and CEO at Continuum Health and was also a Board Director at Partners in Care, a clinically integrated network. Bailey was previously a software company CEO, held several executive leadership roles at GE and GE Healthcare and was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Bailey holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an MA from Johns Hopkins University, and a BS from Lehigh University.

Bailey is also a Board Director at MJHS, a large regional health system with a range of services including health plans for Medicare and dual-eligible individuals, home care, hospice and palliative care for adults and children, rehabilitation and nursing care, and research. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Title 21 Health Solutions, a cell and gene therapy software company and Lead Board Director at Xybion Digital, a company that provides unified all-in-one cloud software solutions for life sciences and other regulated industries.

“Technology continues to play an increasingly important role helping communities, caregivers and providers improve outcomes of the senior population, allowing them to live with the independence and dignity that they deserve,” said Bailey. “Our rapidly expanding ability to inform decisions based upon social, clinical, physical and behavioral details improves resident and family experience, clinical outcomes, and community efficiencies. Moving forward, we are focused on growth, bringing our comprehensive engagement offering to additional populations across the country.”

The 80-year-old+ demographic will be the fastest growing age group in the U.S. over the next 10 years, highlighting the need to deliver higher quality and lower cost care. As senior living converges with the healthcare ecosystem, Sentrics is uniquely positioned to capitalize on technology and data to improve the lives of residents, their families and senior living community operators.

“With a focus on providing the highest quality of care for patients, I’m confident the Sentrics platform and the team behind it will continue its role as a leader in the space,” said Bailey. “The healthcare landscape is an increasingly complex one, but our continued evolution ensures we’re doing our part to provide the most comprehensive care possible.”

Bailey succeeds Darin LeGrange, who joined Sentrics in 2018. Darin will remain an advisor to the Board of Directors.
