Restore Hyper Wellness Appoints Kathryn Stalmack as General Counsel

AUSTIN, Texas– Restore Hyper Wellness (Restore), a leading provider of proactive wellness services, announced the appointment of Kathryn Stalmack as the company’s General Counsel. Stalmack brings over 20 years of legal experience in the healthcare industry, including in the areas of technology, accessibility and infusion care. Most recently, Stalmack served as General Counsel for Cloudmed where she was tasked to help take the company public given her vast experience leading legal departments in the publicly traded healthcare technology space. Stalmack will lead Restore’s legal department, spearheading medical compliance as the company surpasses 160 wellness studios across nearly 40 states.

Prior to Restore, Stalmack served in General Counsel roles for Cloudmed, ModivCare and BioScrip, Inc. She also served as Board Member for Matrix Medical Network.
