SAN FRANCISCO– Dome Construction, a general contractor in California, proudly unveils the appointment of Ralf Elsaesser, a seasoned 25-year veteran, to the position of Chief Operating Officer. In his role as COO, Elsaesser will helm the organization’s construction operations. This move is strategically crafted to enhance project management efficiency, optimize resource allocation, strengthen risk mitigation measures, and foster collaborative stakeholder engagement—all in alignment with Dome Construction’s overarching objectives for sustained growth.

Hailing from Germany, Elsaesser immigrated to the US over two decades ago, joining Dome Construction in 2000 as a Project Engineer Intern. He ascended through the ranks, progressing from Project Manager to Technology Focus Group Leader, Director, and most recently, Senior Director. Elsaesser has been instrumental in overseeing the construction of biotech facilities, contributing significantly to Dome Construction’s reputation in projects for companies in the life sciences, technology, and food tech sectors—some of the fastest-growing construction segments in the nation.

His strategic vision aims to maximize operational efficiency and ensure future growth as the company continues to expand its operations.
