Clearwater, Fla.hellocare.ai, a leading provider of AI-powered virtual care solutions, has raised $47 million in an oversubscribed growth funding round to accelerate the expansion of its smart hospital platform. The round was led by HealthQuest Capital and included participation from Bon Secours Mercy Health, UCHealth, OSF Ventures, and LRVHealth.

The company’s platform, already in use at over 70 health systems, integrates virtual nursing, patient monitoring, digital whiteboards, ambient documentation, and hospital-at-home capabilities into a single, enterprise-ready solution. The funding will support hellocare.ai’s rapid growth amid rising demand for AI-enabled care models that improve clinical efficiency and enhance patient engagement.

“This raise represents a powerful vote of confidence in our mission and model,” said Labinot Bytyqi, Founder and CEO of hellocare.ai. “With this funding, we’re partnering with leading health systems to scale quickly and apply AI to some of healthcare’s toughest delivery and operational challenges.”

The company’s proprietary end-to-end platform includes in-house hardware, software, and seamless EHR integration, positioning it as the only fully unified virtual care solution in the market. According to hellocare.ai, this comprehensive stack enables faster deployment, more customization, and continuous innovation in hybrid care models.

One of the largest deployments of the platform to date is underway at AdventHealth, which is rolling out hellocare.ai across more than 50 hospitals and 13,000 patient rooms. Bon Secours Mercy Health and UCHealth, both investors in the round, are also customers actively using the system to streamline operations and improve patient outcomes.

“hellocare.ai’s technology and vision are closely aligned with the evolving needs of health systems,” said Randy Scott, Partner at HealthQuest Capital. “They’re solving real problems at scale with a platform that delivers measurable impact.”

Mark Townsend, MD, MHCM, Chief Clinical Digital Ventures Officer at Bon Secours Mercy Health, emphasized the benefits of the collaboration: “Our partnership with hellocare.ai will allow us to improve safety, reduce readmissions, optimize staff workflows, and improve patient experience.”

With its fresh infusion of capital, hellocare.ai aims to solidify its position as a leader in smart hospital innovation, redefining virtual care delivery across the continuum of care.
