Knipper Health Expands Executive Leadership Team with Three Senior Appointments

LAKEWOOD, N.J. — Knipper Health, a leading healthcare solutions provider for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors, has announced the addition of three seasoned executives to its leadership team. The new appointments include Alexis Rose as President of Knipper 3PL and Distribution, Champ Burgess as President of Pharmacy Services, and Tony Martin as Chief Growth Officer for Pharma Services.

The leadership expansion is aimed at strengthening Knipper Health’s ability to deliver innovative, patient-centered solutions across the healthcare ecosystem as the company continues to grow its service offerings.

Alexis Rose joins Knipper Health following her tenure as U.S. Head of Trade Strategy & Operations at Organon, where she spearheaded commercial strategies and optimized distribution practices. Her leadership experience includes overseeing multi-billion-dollar portfolios at Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen), where she developed global strategies to enhance operational performance and customer experience. Known for uniting cross-functional teams and driving measurable improvements, Rose brings a focus on efficiency and professional development to her new role at Knipper.

Champ Burgess

Champ Burgess takes on the role of President of Pharmacy Services, bringing a wealth of experience in pharmacy operations and healthcare strategy. Previously, he served as Vice President of Health System Strategy at Shields Health Solutions, expanding specialty pharmacy services in collaboration with national health systems. Burgess also held leadership roles at University Hospitals, including Chief Pharmacy Officer, where he led system-wide pharmacy operations and innovation efforts. He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from East Carolina University.

Tony Martin

Tony Martin, named Chief Growth Officer for Pharma Services, brings more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and life sciences. He most recently held leadership positions within Optum Integrated Pharmacies’ Manufacturer & Industry Relations teams and has also worked with Optum Rx and Cencora. Martin’s expertise spans pharmaceutical manufacturing, providers, and pharmacy benefit management systems, and his data-driven approach is expected to play a key role in driving Knipper Health’s long-term growth.
