CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — Montai Therapeutics has named Allison Bogosian, JD, as its new Chief People and Administrative Officer, the company announced Tuesday. Bogosian joins Montai from Solid Biosciences and will lead talent development and organizational growth as the biotech continues to expand its efforts in AI-driven drug discovery.
Montai, which leverages artificial intelligence and machine learning to unlock diverse chemical space for the development of novel treatments for chronic diseases, emphasized the importance of cross-disciplinary collaboration in its mission. Margo Georgiadis, co-founder and CEO of Montai and CEO-partner at Flagship Pioneering, highlighted the need for an integrated team approach combining chemistry, biology, and AI expertise.
“Building a thoughtful strategy that supports high-performing teams is absolutely critical to our success,” Georgiadis said. “Allison brings distinct expertise and leadership experience that will be invaluable as we pursue our near- and mid-term goals.”
At Solid Biosciences, Bogosian served as senior vice president of human resources and administrative operations, where she played a key role in the company’s corporate transformation and designed a growth-oriented strategy for talent development. Her prior leadership roles include chief human resources officer at Adela and chief of staff in the CEO office at Sumitomo Dainippon Pharma Americas. She began her career as an employment litigator and corporate attorney in New York before transitioning to human resources leadership roles.
“As Montai’s scientific strategy continues to evolve, establishing foundational mechanisms across the organization now will support sustainable growth,” Bogosian said. “I’m excited to work with Margo and the leadership team to further develop operations, structure, and talent strategies that align with the company’s mission and pace of progress.”
