The Bowl of Hygeia Award, one of the pharmacy profession’s highest honors, is awarded annually by state pharmacy associations to pharmacists who exemplify exceptional community service and leadership beyond their professional responsibilities. The accolade highlights Dr. Basham’s extensive contributions to expanding access to addiction care, especially in underserved regions like West Virginia and Kentucky.
