NEW YORK— Concierge medical provider Sollis Health has appointed Katy Marshall as its new Chief Growth Officer, a move aimed at accelerating the company’s national expansion and enhancing its member-first healthcare offerings.
Marshall brings more than 15 years of experience in scaling consumer and healthcare brands. She will lead Sollis Health’s marketing, sales, and product strategy as the company continues to grow its 24/7, ER-level concierge medical services.
Prior to joining Sollis Health, Marshall served as Chief Operating Officer at wellness brand Thesis, where she led digital innovation and expanded distribution channels, helping the company earn recognition from the Financial Times as one of America’s fastest-growing firms. As Chief Marketing Officer at Calibrate, she helped grow annual revenue from $1 million to $100 million. Her career also includes leadership roles at Kraft Heinz, where she co-founded the Springboard incubator, and early consulting work at Boston Consulting Group. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

In her new role, Marshall will focus on increasing membership, forging partnerships with healthcare providers and consumer brands, and launching new products. Her appointment comes as Sollis expands its national footprint, with centers in New York, the Hamptons, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and South Florida. A new location in Palo Alto is scheduled to open next month.
