DENVER— Strive Health, a leading provider of value-based kidney care, announced two major leadership appointments as it continues to scale its national operations. Paul Marchetti has joined the company as President, while Jen Browne has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
As President, Marchetti will oversee Strive’s operations, customer success, and growth initiatives. He brings extensive healthcare leadership experience, most recently serving as President of CarelonRx at Elevance Health, where he led the pharmacy division and achieved 180% business growth in three years. His previous executive roles at New Century Health, Aetna, and UnitedHealth Group included responsibilities in network management, value-based care, clinical operations, and strategic M&A.
“Having personally experienced progressive kidney disease within my family, I’ve seen firsthand the fragmentation and stress it places on patients and caregivers,” Marchetti said. “I’m thrilled to join Strive in its mission to transform kidney care through technology-enabled, integrated solutions that improve outcomes and reduce costs.”
Browne, who previously served as Strive’s President of Market Operations, steps into the role of COO with a background in disease management, risk adjustment, and population health. Before joining Strive, she held leadership roles at DaVita Medical Group, Novant Health, and Optum, where she oversaw care for more than 1.2 million patients as Senior Vice President of Population Health.
