SANTA CLARA, Calif. — Agilent Technologies Inc. has introduced the InfinityLab Pro iQ Series, its most advanced liquid chromatography-mass detection systems to date. The new line includes the Pro iQ and Pro iQ Plus models, designed to deliver high sensitivity, intelligent functionality, and environmental sustainability for a wide range of analytical applications.
Tailored for both routine workflows and advanced research, the InfinityLab Pro iQ Series supports critical analyses in pharmaceutical development, biotherapeutics, environmental testing, food safety, and academic research. The systems are engineered to provide precise mass detection for compounds such as therapeutic small molecules, oligonucleotides, peptides, and proteins, offering researchers high-resolution, reproducible results.

The Pro iQ system features a mass range of m/z 2–1,600, optimized for small molecule analysis, while the Pro iQ Plus extends that range to m/z 2–3,000, delivering enhanced sensitivity through Agilent’s Jet Stream (AJS) technology. The Pro iQ Plus is particularly suited for high-end R&D applications requiring trace-level detection and broad molecular coverage.
In addition to their precision, both systems are designed with user-friendly interfaces and operational efficiency in mind. They allow for fast compound confirmation, even for chromatographically unresolved compounds, providing greater specificity than traditional UV detection. Their ability to support mass-based purification also facilitates the accurate isolation of target compounds for downstream processing.
