South San Francisco, Calif. — Claritas Rx, a leading provider of technology and analytics solutions for optimizing the specialty patient experience, has announced two key executive appointments aimed at supporting the company’s continued growth and operational scaling. Kevin Donalds has been named Chief Financial Officer, and Elizabeth Marshall has joined as Head of Marketing. Both will report directly to CEO Michael Fitzgibbons.

The new hires bring extensive leadership experience in their respective fields and are expected to play pivotal roles as Claritas Rx expands its market presence and enhances its offerings in the healthcare technology space.
Donalds joins Claritas Rx with a strong background in financial leadership at successful B2B SaaS companies. His previous roles include CFO positions at Granular, Tutor.com, and Popkin Software, as well as senior finance roles at Priceline and META Group. He began his career in public accounting at Deloitte and holds a degree in accounting from the University of Rhode Island along with a CPA certification.
Marshall brings a robust marketing and communications background from high-growth companies across the life sciences and technology sectors. She previously led marketing teams at Trinity Life Sciences, IDEMIA, and Decision Resources Group (DRG). She holds a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School and an MBA from Boston University.
