San Francisco, CA — Hims & Hers Health, Inc. has named Nader Kabbani, a seasoned global operations leader and Amazon veteran, as its new Chief Operating Officer. Kabbani brings nearly 20 years of experience from Amazon and other logistics and technology firms, and will lead operations as the company expands its reach in delivering personalized, affordable healthcare services across the U.S. and beyond.
During his tenure at Amazon, Kabbani played a key role in launching and scaling major initiatives, including Amazon Logistics, Amazon Flex, and Amazon Pharmacy following the acquisition of PillPack. He also helped build the infrastructure behind flagship offerings like Prime Video, Kindle, and Amazon Music, and led the company’s global COVID-19 Vaccination Task Force, which administered vaccines to over a million people worldwide.
Most recently, Kabbani held senior executive roles at Flexport and Symbotic, where he applied AI, robotics, and transportation innovation to complex global supply chains.
“Nader’s track record in scaling complex, consumer-facing operations makes him a natural fit for our next chapter,” said Hims & Hers CEO and founder Andrew Dudum. “As demand for our platform continues to rise, his leadership will be central to delivering a seamless, scalable, and personalized healthcare experience to millions.”
Kabbani joins Hims & Hers at a time of rapid growth, as the company continues to expand its telehealth and wellness offerings to a growing subscriber base. His appointment is part of a broader strategy to strengthen the company’s infrastructure and enhance its ability to deliver high-quality, consumer-centric care at scale.
“Hims & Hers has already made tremendous strides in democratizing access to personalized care,” Kabbani said. “I’m excited to help build the next phase of operational growth, enabling fast, reliable, and high-quality healthcare for today’s modern consumer.”
Hims & Hers continues to position itself as a leading health and wellness platform through innovation in digital care, logistics, and user experience, aiming to redefine what accessible and personalized healthcare looks like in the digital age.
