NEW YORK — K Health’s AI-powered clinical decision support tool, AI Physician Mode, is now available on the Mayo Clinic Platform, expanding access to advanced digital tools for over 2,500 primary care providers across Mayo Clinic’s extensive network of 31 health systems.

The integration marks a significant step in using artificial intelligence to streamline patient care by automating routine clinical tasks and delivering actionable insights at the point of care. K Health’s AI Physician Mode is designed to improve the quality and efficiency of primary care by generating a comprehensive and accurate patient chart before the provider even walks into the exam room.

AI Physician Mode consists of two core components: a patient-facing Medical Chat and a physician-facing Provider Co-Pilot. Ahead of an appointment, patients complete a digital intake through the Medical Chat, either remotely or in-office. The system collects and synthesizes data from both patient input and existing electronic medical records (EMRs) to generate a complete “perfect chart.” The Provider Co-Pilot then summarizes the chart and highlights key clinical insights such as potential diagnoses, care plans, and outstanding care gaps—delivered directly within the provider’s EMR system.

“When patients walk into a physician’s office, their doctor should already have a personalized, synthesized view of their medical history—without having to dig through the EMR,” said Allon Bloch, co-founder and CEO of K Health. “With AI Physician Mode, we’re bringing the efficiency and clinical quality we’ve built into our virtual care to the in-person setting.”

K Health’s inclusion in the Mayo Clinic Platform comes through the Platform’s Solutions Studio, a program that helps accelerate the development and adoption of digital health technologies. The Studio rigorously qualifies digital solutions based on accuracy, clinical efficacy, and adherence to responsible AI principles, providing health systems with confidence in deploying them at scale.

“Working with Mayo Clinic Platform speeds up digital healthcare innovation,” said Steve Bethke, vice president of the Solution Developer Market at Mayo Clinic Platform. “Qualified solutions like AI Physician Mode are reviewed for safety, accuracy, and bias, and are designed to support care teams and improve patient outcomes.”

This partnership follows a year of rapid growth for K Health, which has secured collaborations with major health systems including Cedars-Sinai, Hackensack Meridian Health, and Hartford Health. K Health’s Clinical AI platform is now helping to drive improved access, lower costs, and better care for millions of patients nationwide.

By reducing the administrative burden on providers and enhancing decision-making at the point of care, K Health and the Mayo Clinic Platform aim to set a new standard for delivering efficient, intelligent, and personalized primary care.
