WATERTOWN, Mass. — Konovo, a technology-driven healthcare intelligence company, has appointed Gadi Lachman to its Board of Directors, marking a strategic move to strengthen its leadership in life sciences market insights through expanded access to real-world data and cutting-edge research platforms.
Lachman, a veteran of the health technology sector, brings more than two decades of experience in building scalable data platforms and driving innovation in real-world evidence generation. He is best known as the founder and former CEO of TriNetX, a global health research network that connects healthcare organizations, biopharma companies, and contract research organizations to accelerate clinical research. Under his leadership, TriNetX became a widely adopted platform used by thousands of researchers to leverage real-world data from hundreds of hospitals for drug development and clinical trials.
In addition to founding TriNetX, Lachman has held senior roles at leading healthcare technology companies including TriZetto, American Well, and Eliza Corporation. His appointment to Konovo’s board supports the company’s mission to unify fragmented healthcare insights and accelerate the development of its AI-native platform for the life sciences industry.
“Gadi is an innovator and builder with deep expertise in increasing access to real-world data across the healthcare industry,” said Tal Rosenberg, CEO of Konovo. “He shares our passion for connecting fragmented data to develop insights, and his guidance will be instrumental as we continue expanding our platform and product suite.”
Lachman’s addition to the board comes as Konovo builds momentum following its April 2025 rebrand and sharpened mission to revolutionize market research and intelligence in life sciences. The company’s technology-first approach aims to eliminate barriers to insights by creating a connected research ecosystem powered by artificial intelligence.
Christina Reszka, Partner at Frazier Healthcare Partners, praised the appointment, saying, “Gadi is an experienced leader in healthcare data. We are fortunate to have the benefit of his strategic thinking and unique insights.”
Reflecting on his new role, Lachman said he is energized by the opportunity to join Konovo at a time of rapid evolution. “Konovo has an incredible foundation of innovation and industry leadership and is creating the future of connected market research to overcome today’s barriers to insights,” he said. “As I’ve learned in my career, access to the right data at the right time can change everything.”
