Boca Raton, Fla.– As Skin Cancer Awareness Month begins, Sensus Healthcare is launching a month-long campaign to educate the public on early detection and non-invasive treatment options for non-melanoma skin cancer, the most common form of cancer globally.

The Boca Raton-based medical device company is spotlighting its SRT-100 Vision and Image-Guided Superficial Radiation Therapy (IG-SRT) systems—technologies that allow dermatologists to treat non-melanoma skin cancers without surgery or patient downtime.

“With skin cancer cases rising, it’s more important than ever to offer effective, patient-friendly treatment alternatives,” said Sensus CEO Joe Sardano. “Our technologies are designed to preserve healthy tissue and ensure a comfortable, non-invasive experience for patients.”

Throughout May, Sensus is rolling out educational content via newsletters, social media, and partnerships with dermatologists to promote prevention, awareness, and the advantages of image-guided radiation therapy. The company’s website also provides tools to help individuals recognize early signs of skin cancer and understand their treatment options.

The IG-SRT system delivers precise radiation to cancerous tissue, while the SRT-100 Vision incorporates high-frequency ultrasound imaging to improve treatment accuracy and outcomes. Both aim to offer effective alternatives to surgical excision, particularly for patients who may not be ideal surgical candidates.

To increase access to these technologies, Sensus is also highlighting its Fair Deal Agreement, a shared-revenue model that enables dermatology practices to adopt its devices without upfront capital costs. The program has gained momentum over the past year by reducing financial barriers and improving access to non-invasive care.

Sensus is encouraging healthcare providers, investors, and the public to support its awareness campaign and help advance efforts in early detection and patient-focused treatment.
