Rocky Hill, Conn. — Starling Physicians is celebrating a major recognition of clinical excellence, with 30 of its doctors named to Connecticut Magazine’s 2025 list of Top Doctors. Selected through the nationally respected Castle Connolly peer-review survey, the honored physicians span a wide range of specialties and were recognized by their medical peers as leaders in their fields.
The annual Top Doctors list highlights physicians who demonstrate exceptional commitment to patient care and professional excellence. In addition to the 30 honorees, one Starling physician, Dr. Jessica Lovesky, was named a Rising Star, an accolade reserved for emerging leaders in the medical community.
“We are delighted to celebrate our outstanding physicians who have been named Top Doctors,” said Dr. Sarit Patel, Chief Medical Officer at Starling Physicians. “This honor reflects their unwavering commitment to patient care, clinical excellence, and lifelong learning. We are proud and humbled to have each of them on our team as we strive to offer the best possible care to patients in our communities.”
Starling’s recognized doctors represent a wide array of specialties, including nephrology, dermatology, pulmonary disease, cardiovascular care, oncology, and women’s health. Their inclusion on the 2025 Top Doctors list underscores Starling Physicians’ role as a cornerstone of Connecticut’s healthcare landscape.
The list is compiled annually by Castle Connolly, an independent medical research company that surveys tens of thousands of licensed physicians across the country. Doctors are asked to nominate peers they consider outstanding in their fields, and all nominees are thoroughly vetted based on professional qualifications, hospital appointments, outcomes, and patient care.
As Starling Physicians marks this collective achievement, the organization continues its mission to provide integrated, high-quality care across Connecticut, from primary medicine to advanced specialties.
