WILMINGTON, Mass. – Ametros, a leading provider of professional administration services for medical insurance claim settlements, has appointed Andrea Mills as its new President, effective July 1, 2025. Mills will also serve as Executive Managing Director at Webster Bank, Ametros’ parent company.
Mills has been a key member of the Ametros executive team since 2018 and most recently held the position of Chief Client Officer. In her new role, she will oversee all aspects of Ametros’ operations and continue the company’s mission to support injured individuals after insurance settlements by improving care outcomes and financial oversight.
“Andrea is a respected voice in the industry and has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and client success,” said Luis Massiani, President and Chief Operating Officer of Webster Bank. “Her leadership, strong track record of driving growth and commitment to our mission make her exceptionally well-suited to guide Ametros into the future.”
Mills expressed enthusiasm about her new role, highlighting the company’s continued commitment to its clients. “I am honored to step into the role of President and incredibly proud of the team we’ve built at Ametros,” she said. “I’m energized by the opportunity to stay true to our values and deliver even greater impact for those we serve.”
The transition also includes a new role for outgoing CEO Porter Leslie, who will remain with Webster Bank as a senior advisor to Ametros. He will shift his focus to strategic initiatives within the bank’s Healthcare Financial Services division.
“We thank Porter for his years of outstanding service and leadership,” added Massiani. “We look forward to his continued contributions to our growth in his next chapter here at Webster.”
