Nashville, Tenn. — AngelEye Health, a provider of technology solutions designed to improve communication between neonatal care teams and families, has announced three leadership appointments as the company sharpens its focus on product development, clinical partnerships, and family advocacy.

The new additions include Sarah Brannan as Senior Vice President of Care Delivery, Katherine Kays as Vice President of Product, and Carolyn TenEyck as Senior Director of Patient and Family Advocacy. The hires reflect AngelEye’s broader strategy to expand its role in delivering scalable, family-centered care in neonatal and pediatric settings.

Brannan brings experience in healthcare operations and patient engagement, having previously held leadership roles at CareHarmony, Contessa Health, and New Hanover Regional Medical Center. She will oversee care delivery operations and work on strategies to enhance outcomes in complex care environments.

Kays, a registered NICU nurse and longtime member of AngelEye, has been promoted from Director of Product and Operations. She played a key role in developing the company’s MilkTracker tool and brings both professional and personal experience as a NICU clinician and parent to her new role managing the full product portfolio.

Carolyn TenEyck joins the company with more than two decades of experience in clinical care and health policy. A former ICU nurse, she has led advocacy efforts at healthcare companies such as AstraZeneca and Prolacta Bioscience. At AngelEye, she will guide advocacy initiatives and help integrate family perspectives into product and partnership development.

“These leaders bring a range of experience across clinical care, operations, and advocacy—all critical to our mission,” said AngelEye CEO Christopher Rand. “Their insights will be central to advancing how hospitals connect care teams with families during the most vulnerable moments.”

The leadership expansion comes as AngelEye continues to grow its presence in NICUs nationwide, offering tools that support communication, milk tracking, and real-time updates for families with hospitalized newborns.
