CHICAGO– Charter Next Generation (CNG), a leader in sustainable material science solutions, has appointed Lisa Alteri as its first Chief Operating Officer. In the newly created role, Alteri will oversee the company’s enterprise-wide operations, with a focus on accelerating growth, enhancing customer value, and driving CNG’s strategic priorities across departments.
Alteri, who previously served as Chief Growth and Strategy Officer at CNG, brings more than three decades of leadership experience, including senior roles at Kraft Heinz. Her tenure at CNG has been marked by significant contributions to the company’s transformation in specialty films and material science, as well as her leadership across finance, sales, legal, human resources, and communications.

In her new position, Alteri will oversee all operational functions at CNG, including procurement, marketing, sustainability, strategy, innovation, legal, and human resources. Her leadership is expected to strengthen cross-functional collaboration and reinforce CNG’s position at the forefront of the sustainable materials industry.
