Nashville– Harrow (Nasdaq: HROW), a leading North American eyecare pharmaceutical company, has appointed Mike Biega as its new Vice President of Investor Relations and Communications. Biega succeeds Jamie Webb, who will retire later this year after a long tenure with the company. Webb will remain in her role through August to assist with the leadership transition.
CEO Mark L. Baum welcomed Biega to the team, emphasizing the strategic value of his appointment. “His wealth of experience in investor relations and strategic communications will be a tremendous asset as we pursue our objective of becoming the leading U.S. ophthalmic pharmaceutical company,” Baum said. He also thanked Webb for her years of leadership, describing her as a trusted partner and valued voice in Harrow’s communications strategy.
Biega brings more than a decade of experience in biotech investor relations. He most recently served as Senior Director and Head of Investor Relations at Sensei Biotherapeutics, where he led the company’s investor engagement efforts. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Solebury Trout, where he advised both public and private biotech companies on investor relations strategy. He began his career on the equity sales desk at Summer Street Research Partners, a healthcare-focused institutional equity firm.
