Ann Arbor, Mich. — NSF, a global organization focused on public health and safety, has appointed Heather Wilberger as its new Vice President and Chief Information and Digital Officer. In her new role, Wilberger will oversee the organization’s technology strategy, aiming to modernize systems, enhance data capabilities, and support digital transformation across its global operations.

Wilberger brings over 20 years of experience in leading technology and business transformation efforts. Prior to joining NSF, she served as Chief Transformation and Information Officer at fashion brand Vince, where she helped integrate technology into the company’s broader strategic goals. She has also held senior IT roles at Bedrock and Rocket Mortgage.

At NSF, Wilberger will lead initiatives to streamline IT infrastructure, digitize core operations, and expand the use of artificial intelligence and analytics to improve service delivery. Her appointment comes as the organization looks to build on recent growth and its 80-year legacy.

NSF President and CEO Pedro Sancha said Wilberger’s background aligns with the organization’s push toward innovation. “Her track record of leveraging data and upgrading enterprise systems makes her well-suited to help us scale our impact through connected, advanced technologies,” he said.

Wilberger, who holds a degree in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University, said she is focused on enhancing NSF’s digital capabilities to better support its mission. “It’s an exciting time to join a team so committed to global health and safety,” she said.
