Nashville, Tenn. — U.S. Urology Partners has announced the addition of three senior executives to its leadership team, reinforcing its strategic plans for continued national expansion. The appointments include Reinaldo “Rey” Pascual as Chief Financial Officer, Trip Cothren as Chief Strategy and Integration Officer, and the promotion of Kiersten O’Hara to Chief People Officer.

The leadership expansion comes at a time of rapid growth for the organization, which partners with independent, community-based urology practices across the country. He previously served at General Catalyst and General Atlantic, focusing on healthcare investments and financial strategy. In his new role, he will oversee capital deployment and lead financial operations, including mergers and acquisitions.

O’Hara, now Chief People Officer, has extensive experience in healthcare human resources and has played a central role in shaping the culture at both U.S. Urology Partners and its affiliate, Urology of Indiana. She is tasked with advancing workforce development and aligning HR strategies with long-term organizational goals.
