Kelly brings more than two decades of experience in the insurance industry, including roles in claims administration, underwriting, and brokerage. In her new position, she will oversee sales, marketing, and business development, with a focus on expanding Ametros’ reach and enhancing support for injured individuals following settlements.

“Allison’s extensive background and client-centered approach make her uniquely suited to help us grow while staying true to our mission of supporting injured individuals post-settlement,” said Andrea Mills, Executive Managing Director of Webster Bank and President of Ametros.

Conklin, who has spent over 10 years in the workers’ compensation sector, will work with insurers and employers to help develop and scale professional administration programs. His role aims to improve outcomes for injured workers by strengthening partnerships across the industry.

“Patrick has a deep understanding of payer needs and a passion for building meaningful relationships,” Mills said. “His ability to connect stakeholders and champion solutions will further strengthen the value we provide to the injured individuals we serve.”

Company officials said the new appointments underscore Ametros’ ongoing commitment to innovation and growth in post-settlement care.
