FRAMINGHAM, Mass. — Flynn Life Sciences Group has appointed Chris DeMaina as its new Chief Executive Officer, signaling a shift in focus as the company repositions itself to better serve small and emerging biotech firms.
DeMaina steps into the role with over two decades of experience in life sciences consulting and organizational development. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of client services at BioBridges, where he oversaw significant growth and guided the company through multiple mergers and acquisitions.
The leadership change comes as Flynn Life Sciences undergoes a strategic rebranding aimed at narrowing its services to deliverable-based contract staffing. The company plans to target biotech organizations with lean internal teams that rely heavily on outsourced vendors. The new model emphasizes flexibility and on-demand expertise, allowing clients to scale resources as needed without long-term commitments.

As part of the transition, the company has also added Greg Contino as Chief Revenue Officer to support its new service structure and anticipated expansion.
