BROOMFIELD, Colo.–Â Swisslog Healthcare has appointed Sarah Stary as its new Global Head of People & Organization, tasking the veteran HR leader with shaping the company’s talent and organizational strategy as it continues to expand in healthcare automation.
Stary brings more than 18 years of international experience in human resources, organizational development, and culture transformation. In her new role, she will oversee efforts to improve employee engagement, streamline organizational processes, and support business growth through people-focused initiatives.
Before joining Swisslog Healthcare, Stary served as HR Director for the EMEA region at Trina Solar AG, where she managed cross-border mergers and acquisitions, implemented HR systems, and led compliance efforts. Her background also includes executive consulting and leadership development across multiple industries.
CEO Cory Kwarta welcomed the appointment, citing Stary’s “strategic mindset and strong track record” in building effective global teams. “Her leadership will be key as we continue to evolve and grow,” he said.
Stary holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School, a Master’s in Strategic HR Management from Bocconi University, and multiple certifications from the University of Cambridge. Fluent in German, English, and Spanish, she also speaks intermediate French and Mandarin.
