CAMBRIDGE, Mass.– ConcertAI, a provider of oncology generative and agentic AI SaaS platforms and multi-modal data solutions for healthcare and life sciences, has appointed Michael Myshrall as chief financial officer.
Myshrall brings more than 20 years of financial leadership in SaaS, AI, and technology, including senior roles at high-growth companies. Most recently, he was CFO at Afiniti, a customer experience AI software firm, where he led an international finance team and oversaw a financial recapitalization. He previously held CFO posts at NASDAQ-listed cybersecurity firm Cyren, where he raised over $100 million in equity and debt and managed a majority sale to Warburg Pincus, and at PrimePay, a private-equity-backed human capital management software company.

ConcertAI said Myshrall’s appointment comes as the company continues to expand its platform that integrates real-world data, AI innovation, and clinical expertise across drug discovery, clinical trials, and patient care.
A graduate of Harvard Business School with an MBA, Myshrall has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, public offerings, private equity transactions, and the deployment of financial planning and analysis systems optimized for SaaS and AI business models.
