DENVER– Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: AEIS), a global provider of precision power conversion, measurement and control technologies, has launched the SLE33SPD, a new series of 33-watt USB-C wall-mount adapters designed for medical and industrial use.
The adapters are engineered to meet the forthcoming U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Level VII efficiency standards and feature dual Means of Patient Protection (MOPP) isolation, making them suitable for patient-connected medical applications. Advanced Energy says the devices simplify compliance and help accelerate time-to-market by eliminating the need for custom power supplies and lengthy verification processes.
Certified to IEC 60601-1 and IEC 62368-1 safety standards by UL and TÜV SÜD, the SLE33SPD series also supports multiple charging protocols, including PD2.0, PD3.0, QC2.0, QC3.0, QC4.0 and PPS, enabling broad compatibility across devices.
