The AI-driven solution will support Haleon’s global sales force of more than 4,500 representatives, enabling more effective and personalized interactions with pharmacies and healthcare providers worldwide. By integrating Salesforce’s advanced analytics and automation tools, Haleon aims to strengthen relationships with healthcare partners and enhance access to everyday health products for millions of consumers.

Haleon’s partnership with Salesforce will streamline administrative processes for its sales teams, giving them access to real-time data on consumer demographics, purchasing trends, and retail performance. This allows representatives to spend more time on value-driven activities such as creating tailored activation plans and improving customer experience.
As the maker of category-leading brands such as Sensodyne, Voltaren, and Centrum, Haleon will also serve as a design partner for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement. In this role, the company will contribute to the development of platform features that address the unique needs of the consumer health sector, including product availability, shelf-life management, promotions, and inventory tracking across retail and e-commerce channels.
