BOSTON — Tiugo Technologies, a PSG portfolio company providing a suite of market-leading developer tools in content creation and digital collaboration, has appointed Andrew Iappini as Chief Financial Officer.

In his new role, Iappini will lead Tiugo’s global finance organization and play a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy as it continues to scale. He will oversee strategic financial planning, optimize capital allocation, and ensure the company’s financial structure supports both organic and inorganic growth across its portfolio, which includes TinyMCE, CKEditor, Uploadcare, and ButterCMS.

“Andrew brings the experience we need to expand our market presence and strengthen the foundation behind each of our four brands,” said Mark Hatton, CEO of Tiugo Technologies. “He’ll help ensure each business has the structure, capital, and strategic clarity it needs to accelerate its own growth story.”

Iappini joins Tiugo from JW Player/Connatix, where he served as Chief Financial Officer for the SaaS-based video developer tools and ad monetization provider. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Finance at RetailNext, a SaaS and IoT company offering in-store analytics for specialty retailers. Earlier in his career, he held roles in private equity with MacAndrews & Forbes and in investment banking at Citigroup.

“Tiugo is at the forefront of trends that are shaping the future of digital content—especially around AI,” said Iappini. “I’m thrilled to build on that momentum and continue to deliver superior developer tools and experiences for our customers through profitable growth and strategic reinvestment in the product.”
