CHICAGO — ONDEX Automation has acquired PlantOPS Consulting, a provider of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation and consulting services for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical technology companies. This marks ONDEX’s fifth acquisition since April 2024 and strengthens its ability to deliver compliance-focused, digitally enabled solutions for life sciences manufacturers.
PlantOPS Consulting was founded by Darrell Tanner, Khush Kalsi, Vipul Thakker, and Krishna Venkataraman, and is known for its expertise in regulatory, quality, and operational needs specific to life sciences production environments. The team has decades of experience supporting MES programs for leading organizations across the Americas and Europe, assisting clients in achieving validated, scalable, and efficient manufacturing operations.
