The Healthcare Services Practice will be led by Charles Simmons, Managing Director at Outcome Capital. With over two decades of experience advising healthcare organizations on M&A, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives across payer, provider, and technology-enabled markets, Simmons will focus the practice on key areas such as pharmacy and related services, payor and provider innovation, care delivery transformation, and digital health.
