BOSTON, Mass. — Curium Pharma, a global player in nuclear cancer medicine, is relocating its worldwide headquarters to Boston’s Seaport District after securing a 6,982-square-foot sublease at 2 Seaport Lane. The Class-A office space, brokered by Hunneman, will anchor the company’s leadership and international operations team in one of the country’s most active life science corridors.
The move marks a significant shift for Curium, which has expanded its radiopharmaceutical portfolio in recent years through new imaging and therapeutic technologies designed to diagnose and treat cancer. Company executives said the relocation is intended to strengthen Curium’s ties to the Greater Boston life sciences cluster, widely regarded as a global center for medical research, biotech development, and scientific collaboration.
“The Seaport proved to be an ideal location for Curium’s Global Headquarters, situating the team within one of Greater Boston’s most vibrant biotech submarkets, complemented by exceptional connectivity to Logan Airport,” said Steve James, Executive Vice President at Hunneman. “In a challenging macroeconomic environment, Boston continues to be a magnet for growing life science companies. This year Hunneman has executed several leases for medical and life science companies, underscoring our role in supporting this critical sector of our local economy.”
Located along the waterfront, 2 Seaport Lane features harbor views, a newly upgraded lobby with an indoor winter garden, and an underground parking garage. Tenants have access to onsite dining at Morton’s Steakhouse and are steps from Seaport-area amenities including the Seaport Hotel Boston, Trader Joe’s, Harpoon Brewery, Tatte, Puttshack, and SoulCycle. The property is surrounded by major corporate neighbors such as Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Foundation Medicine, Alexion Pharmaceuticals, and Eli Lilly and Company.
“Curium is at the forefront of a new revolution in cancer treatment,” said Renaud Dehareng, CEO of Curium. “As we amplify our focus on new product development, setting up our headquarters in Boston allows us to be closer to innovative science and technology, as well as access to important industry resources. Combined with the exceptional talent we attract, this creates an ideal foundation to support our ambition to improve the lives of millions of patients with cancer.”
The building, owned by Pembroke, offers direct connections to I-90 and I-93 and is roughly ten minutes from Logan International Airport. Transit options include the MBTA Silver Line, Water Taxi access, and close proximity to South Station.
Hunneman represented Curium in the lease negotiations through its Leasing & Advisory team, led by Peter Bean and Steve James.
