(Nasdaq: OTRAU, OTRA and OTRAW), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), today announced the confidential submission with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) of a draft registration statement on Form S-4 (the “Registration Statement”) relating to its previously announced proposed business combination with Comera Life Sciences, Inc.
In addition, the investor call with Comera and OTR has been rescheduled to Tuesday, Feb. 8 at 8:30 a.m. EST (from previous date and time of Friday, Feb. 4 at 8:30 a.m. EST) to discuss the proposed business combination.
