WALTHAM, Mass.– Trinity Life Sciences, a global leader in life sciences solutions, today announced the appointment of Maia Germain as Chief People Officer (CPO) and a member of the executive operating committee, reporting directly to Rebecca McNamara, Trinity’s CFO and Head of Corporate Operations.
Ms. Germain has a proven track record for leading high-growth companies through transformation and building positive employee cultures that serve the overall business. She joins Trinity after holding Senior Vice President roles at Pawtucket, RI-based Collette and Boston, MA-based State Street Corporation.
