Apollo Intelligence Appoints Rey Lado as Chief People Officer

WATERTOWN, Mass.– Apollo Intelligence (Apollo), a leading provider of real-time global data and insights to the healthcare and life science industries, has appointed Rey Lado as its chief people officer. A newly created role, Rey serves as a strategic advisor to Apollo’s CEO, Daniel S. Fitzgerald, and counsel to the executive team in aligning the human resources function to drive Apollo’s organizational advancement and ultimately client impact.

Lado brings to Apollo deep experience in providing employee empowerment leadership across multiple industry sectors in large, complex, global organizations, among them Fortune 500 companies. In his last position as VP of human resources for Ciox Health, Lado supported over 2,500 employees throughout the US in operations, sales, and administrative functions. Prior to Ciox, he served as the talent and organizational development leader for Cox Automotive, a global, vehicle remarketing services and digital marketing and software company. Lado also held organizational effectiveness roles of increasing responsibilities with UPS, Accenture, and Delta Airlines.

As chief people officer for Apollo, Lado will focus on developing and scaling outstanding talent and high-performing teams. He will also prioritize the change management and continuous improvement programs necessary to deliver on Apollo’s superior tech-enabled research and insights services, while furthering the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts. Building upon Apollo’s already strong talent mobility, career progression, and cultural programs, Lado will work to shape the processes that elevate the company’s highly energized workforce into a force for increased growth.
