Transcarent Announces Zoë Harte as Chief People Officer

PALO ALTO, Calif.– Transcarent, a health and care experience company that makes it easy for individuals to access high-quality, affordable care announced today that Zoë Harte has joined the organization as its Chief People Officer. Reporting to Transcarent Chief Executive Officer Glen Tullman, Ms. Harte will oversee the company’s people function.

Ms. Harte joins Transcarent after almost a decade with Upwork, where she served as the Chief People Officer. During her tenure with Upwork, Harte guided the growth of the company’s team by more than 75% after the Elance-oDesk merger in 2014 and led the people aspects of their IPO in 2018. Harte previously served in senior roles within HR at Rovi and spent more than 9 years at Yahoo! Inc. where she drove impact in both HR and Customer Care leadership roles.
