AllerVie Health Strengthens Leadership Team with VP Promotions and New Hire

DALLAS– Today, AllerVie Health, a national network of allergy clinics, announces several key vice president promotions and a new hire to its executive team. These strategic leadership moves solidify AllerVie Health’s position as a frontrunner in allergy and immunology, with a continued focus on delivering exceptional care.

  • James Calderwood has been promoted to vice president of operations. In his new role, Calderwood will oversee more than 80 clinics, a patient contact center, and mixing labs across AllerVie’s 13 states. He will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing the P&L, spearheading strategic growth initiatives, and ensuring staffing optimization. Prior to his promotion, Calderwood served as senior regional director of operations, where he oversaw operations for over 30 clinics in the northeast across Maryland, D.C., Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.
  • Becky Minyard has been promoted to vice president of human resources. Minyard, who previously held the position of senior director of human resources, has been instrumental in driving initiatives related to talent acquisition, MD recruitment, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and organizational training and development. In her new capacity, Minyard will continue to lead the Human Resources team, ensuring that AllerVie Health remains an employer of choice in the healthcare industry.

Ross Boatwright has been hired as vice president of strategy and practice integration of the newly created AllerVie experience division. With extensive experience in healthcare strategy and business development, Boatwright will play a pivotal role in leading patient experience and practice integration initiatives. His expertise will be crucial in identifying and piloting growth opportunities for the business, enhancing patient access, and successfully integrating acquired practices across the organization.
