Boston, Mass.– Sonde Health and Saaya Health have announced a strategic partnership aimed at transforming how large enterprises support the health and performance of blue-collar workforces. By combining Sonde’s voice-based health tracking technology with Saaya’s mental wellness platform, the collaboration offers a comprehensive solution to detect early signs of health decline and provide timely support to frontline employees.

The partnership integrates Sonde Health’s advanced vocal biomarker platform, which uses short voice samples to assess mental fitness and cognitive effort, with Saaya Health’s scalable mental health services. The joint offering allows employers to monitor workforce wellness in real time and intervene proactively before issues escalate into lost productivity or safety risks.

“Frontline workers are the high-performance backbone of many industries, yet they often lack access to proactive health tracking tools,” said David Liu, CEO of Sonde Health. “By combining our voice-based health insights with Saaya’s mental health support services, we enable companies to identify workers in need of support early and keep the entire workforce healthy and productive.”

Sonde’s platform uses audio signal processing and AI-driven analysis to deliver actionable health trends, while Saaya Health provides a full spectrum of support, including informal check-ins, professional coaching, and clinical counseling. Together, the two companies aim to improve not only individual wellbeing but also workforce resilience and enterprise performance.

Sarmad Ahmad, CEO of Saaya Health, said the partnership expands their mission to make mental health resources accessible to underserved workforces. “Teaming up with Sonde Health allows us to address both detection and intervention, creating a solution that meets the unique needs of physically demanding roles where stress and fatigue can lead to significant safety and productivity concerns.”

The integrated solution has already been piloted at one of the world’s largest oil and gas companies and will be deployed across additional clients in the energy, manufacturing, and logistics sectors later this year.

The partnership comes at a time when mental health issues such as stress, burnout, and presenteeism are costing employers thousands of dollars per employee annually. In labor-intensive industries, these issues not only reduce productivity but also raise the risk of costly workplace accidents, highlighting the urgent need for proactive and scalable wellness solutions tailored to blue-collar environments.
