Quantum Health announces key additions to its executive leadership team

DUBLIN, Ohio — Quantum Health, a leading healthcare navigation and care coordination company, has announced the addition of three seasoned executives to its leadership team as the organization positions itself for continued growth and innovation amid rising healthcare costs and an evolving industry landscape.

The company appointed Saurabh Kumar as Chief Financial Officer, Mike Cooper as Chief Transformation Officer, and Nancy Sansom as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. The hires are part of a broader effort to enhance Quantum Health’s operational agility, client impact, and ability to deliver cost-effective, tech-enabled care solutions.

Saurabh Kumar, the new CFO, brings a deep background in healthcare finance and strategy. Most recently Head of Finance at venture capital firm Triple Aim Partners, Kumar previously served as CFO of Kelsey-Seybold Clinic and held senior finance roles at UnitedHealth Group, HealthCare Partners, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. At Quantum Health, he will oversee all financial functions and play a key role in advancing the company’s long-term strategy.

Mike Cooper, named Chief Transformation Officer, will lead cross-functional initiatives to drive organizational change, client and member experience improvements, and enterprise-wide innovation. With more than three decades of leadership experience, Cooper’s background spans roles at Dayforce, eloomi, ParcelShield, and PlanSource. He began his career at Ernst & Young and is a licensed CPA.

Nancy Sansom joins as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, where she will lead brand strategy, growth marketing, and all communications. Sansom brings more than 20 years of experience in HR, benefits, and insurance technology, having held senior marketing roles at Versapay, PlanSource, and Benefitfocus. Her focus at Quantum Health will be to amplify the company’s leadership in the healthcare navigation space and enhance engagement with clients and members.

The appointments come as Quantum Health continues to expand its platform to meet the complex needs of employers, providers, and members facing escalating healthcare challenges. With a renewed emphasis on data-driven solutions, automation, and user-centered care coordination, the company is aiming to redefine the standard for healthcare navigation.
