DALLAS — Prolucent, a provider of healthcare workforce optimization software and services, has appointed Staci Roberts as its new Chief Executive Officer. Roberts succeeds co-founder Bruce Springer, who will remain with the company as a strategic advisor and member of the Board of Directors.

Roberts brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in healthcare and business strategy, most recently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Cielo, a global leader in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO). During her tenure, she led global sales initiatives, introduced AI-driven talent solutions, and played a key role in the company’s international expansion.

“Healthcare organizations are under enormous pressure to rethink how they manage and retain their workforce,” Roberts said. “I believe Prolucent is uniquely positioned to help health systems build smarter, more agile workforces. I’m excited to lead this next chapter of growth alongside a team that shares my passion for transforming workforce optimization.”

Before joining Prolucent, Roberts also served as President of Cielo Healthcare, where she oversaw significant multimillion-dollar growth. Her success was driven by aligning go-to-market strategies with evolving client needs and developing new service models tailored to the shifting healthcare labor landscape.

Springer expressed confidence in the leadership transition. “Staci brings a unique combination of operational insight, proven leadership, and the ability to turn strategic vision into results,” he said. “She’s the ideal person to guide Prolucent through its next phase of expansion and innovation.”

Roberts’ appointment underscores Prolucent’s commitment to addressing workforce challenges across the healthcare industry through advanced technology, analytics, and a solutions-focused approach aimed at improving operational efficiency and staffing outcomes.
