SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — BioRewards Plasma Services, a next-generation plasma collection network, has appointed Jason Hancock as Head of IT and Digital Operations. With more than 20 years of healthcare technology leadership, Hancock brings deep expertise in plasma collection technologies, IT infrastructure, and digital ecosystems to support BioRewards’ growth and innovation strategy.

Hancock most recently served as Senior Director of IT at one of the world’s largest plasma fractionation companies. At BioRewards, he will lead the development of the company’s digital infrastructure, including systems integration, data analytics, and platform architecture, with a focus on enhancing the donor experience and operational efficiency.

“BioRewards exists to help ensure the global plasma-derived medicines supply chain remains strong and resilient,” said Charles Auger, CEO of BioRewards. “Jason’s leadership will help us scale effectively while reinforcing our commitment to innovation and donor-centric operations.”

The appointment comes as BioRewards prepares to expand its footprint with plans to open more than 20 plasma donation centers across the United States. Hancock’s role will be critical in supporting the company’s mission to deliver high-quality source and hyperimmune plasma through a digitally optimized, regulatory-compliant collection network.

“Jason’s background with a top-tier global plasma fractionator gives BioRewards a major advantage,” added Chris Barber, Chief Operating Officer. “He will lead the implementation of technologies that improve both quality and cost-efficiency as we grow our national presence.”

Hancock’s addition follows the company’s recent formal launch and a $100 million funding round from Alpha-1 Plasma Holdings. The investment positions BioRewards as a key player in helping meet rising global demand for plasma-derived medicinal products (PDMPs), including immunoglobulins.

With a focus on cutting-edge digital integration and donor engagement, BioRewards aims to redefine the plasma supply model for fractionators through technology-forward solutions that streamline collection, improve traceability, and strengthen supply chain resilience.
