Boston– Wysa, a global provider of AI-powered behavioral health support, has announced a strategic partnership with RxCap, a company specializing in remote medication adherence monitoring. The collaboration aims to strengthen patient care by integrating RxCap’s monitoring technology into Wysa’s digital health platform, giving healthcare providers real-time insights into patients’ medication habits.
The integration allows Wysa’s provider clients to incorporate RxCap’s connected adherence devices and cloud-based software directly into existing care workflows. This enables real-time tracking of medication intake, timely intervention for non-adherence, and enhanced support for patients with complex treatment regimens—all without increasing the burden on patients.
“Medication non-adherence is a major challenge in behavioral health and healthcare overall,” said Ramakant Vempati, co-founder and president of Wysa. “By embedding RxCap’s remote monitoring tools into our care platform, we’re helping providers address this issue head-on while also unlocking new revenue opportunities.”
RxCap’s technology includes smart pill tracking devices, integration with physiological monitors, and analytics tools that alert providers to missed doses and other concerns. This data allows care teams to offer personalized follow-ups and ensure continuity of treatment.
“This partnership represents a shared vision to improve healthcare through smart, scalable solutions,” said Sreeram Ramakrishnan, CEO of RxCap. “By working with Wysa, we’re expanding access to our technology and helping more providers deliver proactive, data-driven care.”
The combined solution is expected to boost therapy outcomes, improve patient engagement, and offer reimbursable services to healthcare providers managing behavioral health and chronic conditions.
