BRIDGEWATER, N.J.– Cosette Pharmaceuticals has appointed Jeff Neubig as Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs, bringing more than three decades of industry experience to the role as the company continues its expansion in the generic and specialty pharmaceutical markets.

Neubig will lead Cosette’s quality and regulatory affairs operations, overseeing the company’s rigorous compliance standards and supporting regulatory approvals. His appointment comes as Cosette celebrates a period of growth, including 24 new product launches over the past three years—all without a single major quality observation.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Jeff to Cosette as we continue scaling our operations,” said Apurva Saraf, President and CEO of Cosette Pharmaceuticals. “His deep expertise in regulatory strategy and quality leadership will be key to accelerating our mission of delivering affordable, high-quality therapies with speed and precision.”

Before joining Cosette, Neubig served as Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs, North America, at LTS Lohmann Therapy Systems. In that role, he oversaw successful regulatory inspections, led the preparation of IND, NDA, and ANDA filings, and managed technical transfer and validation teams across a range of dosage forms.

Neubig expressed enthusiasm about joining the company during what he described as a period of strong momentum.

“Cosette’s reputation for quality and reliability is well established,” Neubig said. “I’m honored to contribute to that legacy and help ensure patients continue receiving trusted therapies as the company expands its footprint.”

With over 35 years of pharmaceutical industry experience—including more than 25 in senior roles overseeing quality assurance, control, and regulatory affairs—Neubig has worked across development and commercial phases for a wide range of products including injectables, transdermal patches, oral thin films, and solid dosage forms.

He holds a Ph.D. in Evolution, Ecology, and Organismal Biology from The Ohio State University, an M.S. in Biology from Montclair State University, and a B.A. in Biology from Mount Saint Mary’s College.
