NEWTON, Mass.– Axena Health has expanded its Leva® Pelvic Health System with new educational content from Mayo Clinic, marking a milestone in a broader collaboration aimed at improving care for women experiencing urinary incontinence (UI) and overactive bladder (OAB).

The new material, now available within the Leva smartphone app, includes information on different types of urinary incontinence, techniques to manage urgency, tips for addressing constipation, and frequently asked questions about bladder health. Users can access the content during their 12-week, app-guided pelvic floor therapy program, which combines the FDA-cleared Leva device with daily training, coaching, and progress tracking.

“This is an exciting step forward in our mission to redefine the standard of care for women’s pelvic health,” said Randy Pritchard, CEO of Axena Health. “Mayo Clinic is one of the most trusted names in healthcare, and their educational expertise brings added value to the Leva experience.”

The Leva system is designed to provide a non-invasive, at-home treatment option for women with pelvic floor dysfunction. Axena Health’s approach emphasizes education as a key part of therapy, aiming to help patients better understand their condition and engage more confidently in their care.

Dr. Mandy Pulliam, Chief Medical Officer at Axena Health, said the new content will further support women using the system. “We want patients to feel informed and empowered. By integrating Mayo Clinic’s resources, we’re helping them take an active role in their treatment journey.”

Additional content from Mayo Clinic is expected to be added to the app over time as the collaboration continues.
