PORTSMOUTH, N.H. — Remote patient monitoring provider Tenovi has announced a new integration with Dexcom, enabling real-time glucose data from Dexcom continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) to be displayed directly within Tenovi’s clinician-facing dashboard. The move expands Tenovi’s capabilities in diabetes and cardiometabolic care by streamlining access to critical health data without requiring physical management of CGM devices.
With this integration, healthcare teams using Tenovi’s platform can now view hourly average glucose levels alongside other vital signs and metrics, improving visibility into patient health trends and supporting more effective virtual care.
“Access to glucose insights is vital to managing chronic conditions such as diabetes,” said Iftah Mashav, Chief Growth Officer at Tenovi. “A Dexcom and Tenovi integration allows our clients to leverage CGM data in virtual care models that are flexible, scalable, and rooted in clinical outcomes.”
The integration is part of Tenovi’s broader effort to support cardiometabolic programs and value-based care initiatives for health plans and employer-sponsored services. By pulling data directly from Dexcom’s API, the platform enables seamless onboarding of patients and eliminates the logistical burden of distributing CGM hardware.
Tenovi’s enhanced RPM infrastructure allows healthcare organizations to monitor patients more continuously and holistically, ultimately aiming to improve outcomes and reduce costs across large populations managing chronic diseases.
