BOSTON — OM1, a leader in real-world evidence (RWE) generation and AI-driven insights for healthcare and life sciences, has appointed Hunter Lane as Chief Product Officer. Lane will oversee the company’s Product and Engineering teams, guiding the development of its expanding portfolio of AI-powered evidence and outcomes solutions.

Lane previously served as senior director of product at Tempus AI, where he helped launch its flagship platform and scale its genomics business from pre-revenue to $452 million annually. He also led the creation of one of the largest real-world oncology datasets, supporting research across 95% of the top 20 pharmaceutical companies.

Lane holds multiple patents in health data and AI, teaches healthcare innovation at Northwestern University’s MBAi program, and earned a degree in international business from Loyola University Chicago.
