Archimedic Names Aaron Pavkov Chief Innovation Officer to Drive Medical Device Development

WEST CHESTER, Pa. — Archimedic has appointed Aaron Pavkov as its chief innovation officer, tasking him with guiding the medical device development firm’s efforts to transform emerging technologies into market-ready products addressing unmet healthcare needs.

Pavkov will join CEO M. Alexander Shaw, Ph.D., on the company’s executive team. A Carnegie Mellon University-trained mechanical engineer with a master’s degree in product development, Pavkov brings decades of experience in product design, development, and commercialization, with numerous patents, awards, and successful launches to his name. His work spans industries from consumer robotics to healthcare technology, including roles at 4moms and Medical Guardian.

At Archimedic, Pavkov will apply a holistic, innovation-focused approach that integrates human factors, technical excellence, and regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle. His mandate includes leading teams through all stages of development, from concept to commercialization, with an emphasis on creating impactful, user-centered medical devices.
