Dr. Roga, a physician, entrepreneur and healthcare executive with more than 30 years of experience at the intersection of care delivery and technology, will lead clinical innovation and help advance Transcarent’s data-driven health and care delivery model. An emergency medicine physician by training, he founded StatDoctors, which was later acquired by Teladoc Health. At Teladoc, he built and led the Hospital and Health Systems Business Unit before becoming Chief of Clinical Operations, where he scaled operations and improved performance across multiple products.

I look forward to advancing clinical interventions and insights that empower our Members to take control of their health and support our providers in delivering best-in-class, personalized care.”

Dr. Roga is a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and a diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He holds a medical degree from the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University and a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Albany.
